The National Climate Change Response Strategy for South Africa was released by the national Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism (DEA&T) in September 2004. The Strategy identifies priorities for dealing with Climate Change in South Africa and in doing so address the sustainable development objectives and goals of the country.
